What is Gold Level Concierge Service?

It’s like regular In Home Essential Assistance Delivery on Steroids! It requires a minimum service commitment of 49 hours per week. It provides access to a dedicated Concierge Assistant that comes with a tool chest full of additional tools and services to empower your life. Specially equipped Essential Assistants provide a range of on-site services to support a lifestyle that you choose to maintain.

- Lightweight cordless state-of-the-art Dyson vacuum cleaning system for quick efficient regular cleanups
- Completely stocked First Aid kit including an AED defibrillator device

This is truly a wonderful group! Not only was the entire staff caring and courteous with the care of my mother, but also considered my needs as well. They are completely knowledgeable about senior care and how to provide the relief needed during difficult times. They were also able to help when I needed to empty her home before she moved. I can't say enough about how grateful we are that we found AHEAD and for the stellar service we received. I needed reliable transportation from Upper Bucks County to the University of Pennsylvania's Abramson Cancer Center at 34th and Spruce for 5 weeks, and 5 days a week, for Proton radiation and/or chemotherapy treatments. My family didn't want me driving everyday and, due to other family members' health issues, I needed to find a service that could help me and be at a reasonable price and a good value for the services delivered. AHEAD CAME TO THE RESCUE!! I had what is apparently a not-too-unusual situation that AHEAD was able to solve for me and my family, while none of the social workers at Penn Medicine were able to provide any meaningful help! All they could do was point me to traditional limosine services where I would be paying limo company prices. AHEAD is a great value for non-emergency medical transport. I was on the outer edge of the services they perform but David Cohen gave my situation consideration for a few days. He came back to me with a straightforward proposal and said if he committed to giving me the transportation service I needed, then he would stand by his commitment. And he did. He is truthful and knowing he had a long-term engagement from me, AHEAD allocated staff that made it happen - every day M-F for 5 weeks. They were on time, professional, personable, polite and good drivers. They are thoughtful and creative and solved my problem! Again, we can't thank the AHEAD staff, and David Cohen and Dave Sevrin enough for solving our proiblem!!

Outstanding service! Family run business, very down to earth. From the start the owner assured me we'd be able to get my Mother the care she needs. His sons put a lot of time and energy into the prep (her house was a mess prior to them starting). Each day we had a game plan on cleaning and getting the place ready. From there their manager Theresa took over. To say she has done a good job would be a huge understatement. She has bent over backwards to make sure my Mom was getting the attention needed. In one case when a caregiver called out she drove all the way over with her kids to work. She has also changed her schedule and her familys schedule just to accommodate us. Truly unbelievable service, very personable ownership. I wish all businesses has owners and employees like this.
